## Jurisdiction & corporate structure

AdLunam Inc. is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, in compliance with relevant local regulations. The $LUNAM token will not be offered in jurisdictions where participation in token sales is restricted or prohibited. AdLunam does not solicit participation from users in countries where such activity would be considered non-compliant.

## KYC / AML

All IDO participants on partner launchpads will be required to complete **KYC and AML verification**, in line with each platform’s compliance standards.

Certain jurisdictions may be **excluded from participation**, depending on regulatory restrictions.

## Token utility classification

$LUNAM is designed as a **utility token**, used for access, staking, scoring, and platform-wide rewards.\
It does **not represent equity, revenue share, or ownership rights** in AdLunam Inc. or its subsidiaries.
